The Villa Troglodyte at the corner of Hector Otto Avenue is the first eco-label project labeled "Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings" in Monaco. Dugged in the existing rock on the spot, this villa is qualified of true "environmental laboratory". This construction has combined several technical solutions to make it a pioneer habitat for energy performance.
