Session "Living in Monaco" - Presentation of the law about the protection of vulnerable persons

Talk

Protection of vulnerable persons in the Principality

On June 24, the National Council voted the law on the protection of justice, the mandate of future protection and the exercise of the activity of judicial representative. This newly passed law is now enforceable on Monegasque soil.

This law allows, among other things, to any individual residing in the Principality to designate the guardian (s) / curator (s) he / she would like to see authorized if he / she becomes incapable. The powers of the future tutors / trustees may also be defined under the terms of reference.

Maître Raphaëlle SVARA, of CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor, will make a brief presentation of this new law and answer your questions.
