What is CREM ?
The Club des Résidents Etrangers de Monaco (CREM) welcomes all residents old and new, foreign or Monegasque, who would like to integrate and take part in the social, economic, cultural and sporting life of the Principality.
CREM offers a warm welcome, a listening ear, information, a programme of activities, and a number of advantages exclusively reserved for its members.
The Club des Résidents Etrangers de Monaco (CREM) opened on the 1st of June 2010.
The Minister of State His Excellency Mr. Michel Roger, and the Chairman Madame Louisette Levy-Soussan welcomed His Serene Highness Prince Albert at the opening ceremony where he cut the ribbon. Lady Tina Green, who oversaw the interior design, and the architect Pietro Mingarelli (from Argent Design London) were present, and Father Michelange blessed the clubhouse.
The Prince then visited the clubhouse and met club members along with Mrs. Marilyne Pierre and Mrs. Jacqueline Marschner (the Manageress and her Deputy).
In a significant gesture, the Prince unveiled the plaque in the billiard room honouring the club’s major donors, thus inaugurating a club intended to play an important role in the lives of the foreign residents of Monaco.
A number of notable residents of the Principality attended the cocktail which followed the opening ceremony.
